My name is Shannon Singh and I self-published my first book in 2022. Since then, I have helped other aspiring authors break down the process of writing, editing, and publishing in a way that offers both simplicity and clarity. About the Course:

This writing workshop was built to be beginner friendly and pressure free. It’s broken down into 8 modules that you will work through consecutively in the following order:

2. Building A Writing Life – Habits, Time, & Space
3. Finding Your Writing Style + Formatting
4. Editing Your Book
5. Publishing Your Book
6. Book Covers: Designing & Formatting
7. Marketing Your Book: Book Signings, Podcasts, Blogs
8. Busting Writing Myths

The course also includes weekly words of encouragement, an abundance of printable and/or ready-to-watch resources, and several personal challenges designed for support and accountability. My goal is to help you find your voice, break through your emotional barriers, and remove the overwhelm so you can write with freedom, joy, passion, and purpose.

Please Note: This course does not focus on traditional publishing, as my personal journey was rooted in self-publishing and sharing my story in a raw, authentic way. While I have nothing against traditional publishing—and even include many insights from experts in that space—my experience is limited in that area. Because of that, I won’t be offering step-by-step guidance on how to get a book deal. However, if traditional publishing is your goal, you can still use this course to begin writing and shaping your story.
